It’s Time for the National Restaurant Association Show

The Food Channel has covered National Restaurant Association Shows for many years. It’s one of the leading shows that helps introduce new products, connect industry personnel, and identify the future of food and everything to do with food—the equipment, the suppliers, the services and more. If you work in the industry or just want to attend and sample some of the delicacies showcased, here’s the information.

First, the National Restaurant Association Show takes place May 20-23. The National Restaurant Association Show will be held in Chicago from May 20-23. They promise a record 42 Food and Beverage Awardees (FABI), including eight FABI favorites.

There are formal sessions and tastings as well as the chance to sample the food at the Exhibit Hall booths. Also, they have a new Connections Space (located within The Culinary Experience), where you can learn more about awardees.

The show slowed a bit during the pandemic, but it’s exciting to see it back to full life! Please check it out and tell us what you think.
