Washington, DC and Newark, DE – The International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) BB #:378962 is pleased to announce Deborah Zoellick as its new Director of Floral Programs.
Zoellick, who was previously a Walmart sourcing manager, will bring nearly two decades of floral experience to the organization. Becky Roberts (long-time IFPA staffer) will retire in March 2023.
“I am beyond excited that IFPA’s floral community will have a new staff leader who matches Becky’s enthusiasm for, and understanding of, the nuances and intricacies of the cut flower and plant supply chain,” said IFPA CEO Cathy Burns. “Deb will provide valuable line-of-sight to the issues facing floral today and leverage an established worldwide network of connections to bring more value to our floral membership.”
IFPA has several programs planned for its floral members over the next few weeks to provide them with resources and support to grow their businesses. These include the Floral Conference at Anaheim, the Floral Virtual Town Hall with experts from Pantone on March 22nd, and the Floral Conference at Miami on May 23rd.
